Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

Please note that returns are not available for personalised products, such as bespoke engraved keepsake urns. Additionally, we are unable to refund shipping costs for international orders.

What Is the Return Period for Changed Mind Items?

Our return policy allows you to return an item within 14 days of delivery if you have a change of heart. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I Request an Exchange?

We only process exchanges for defective or damaged orders. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us.

How Do I Handle a Damaged Item?

Please attach a photo if possible of the damaged item and the original packaging.

What Are the Return Shipping Costs?

To initiate a return, please contact our team at hello@maguirespetcremation.ie or call +353 83-4542817, and we will assist you in making the necessary arrangements. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.

How Long Does the Return Process Take?

The time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item valued at over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe receipt of your returned item based on your chosen courier.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm its receipt. Subsequently, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.

I Haven't Received My Refund After 14 Days. What Should I Do?

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company, as there may be some processing delays.
